Returns
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details and reason for return.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 2 working days from the date we receive the product.
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized or personalized mats (e.g., name-printed wedding mats) are not eligible for return or refund, unless damaged or defective.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund accordingly.
Shipping Charges
- Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong product).
