Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
  • You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery
  • clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof (without cuts)

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging, tags, and invoice

2. Return Window

  • Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
  • Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days
  • Once approved we will initiate the further process 

3. How to Request 

If approved:

  • We will provide return instructions
  • Do not send items without approval (they will not be accepted)

4. Return Shipping

  • For damaged or wrong items → Return shipping is borne by us
  • For any other approved cases → Customer bears return shipping cost

5. Refund Policy

  • Refund is processed after quality inspection
  • Timeline: 2–7 working days after approval
  • Bank processing may take additional time

Refund modes:

  • Prepaid orders → Original payment method

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for damaged or incorrect items
  • If replacement stock is unavailable → refund will be issued
  • Once approved the exchage items will be delivered within 6 to 7 days

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • After dispatch:
    • Cancellation is not possible
    • You may refuse delivery
    • Refund will be issued after deduction of shipping & COD charges

8. Important Notes

  • Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable
  • Discount coupons cannot be converted to cash
  • Refund for discounted items may be issued

Non-Returnable Items

Customized or personalized mats (e.g., name-printed wedding mats) are not eligible for return or refund, unless damaged or defective.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Damaged or Defective Products

    • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

    • We will arrange for a replacement or refund accordingly. If approved, the replacement will be delivered with in 7-10 days.

Shipping Charges

    • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong product).
