• Customized products (name-printed mats) are handcrafted and may take several weeks to a few months for preparation, depending on the design and order volume.

2. Delivery Time

• Standard delivery time is 5–7 working days, depending on your location.
• Remote areas may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Charges

• We offer Free Shipping across India on all orders.

5. Packaging

• All products are securely packed to ensure safe and damage-free delivery.

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).
